    This is a great thread. I also agree 100%. There has been some bruhaha about this very kind of stuff lately in DC. I'll see if I can find some press on it.

    Along the same lines. Which stories get national attention? And not just national attention but on and on and on. The Duke "rape" case for example? I mean almost 24-7 there for awhile. Why that one?


    Where was/is the national attention and outrage at this story:

    FRESNO – More arrests are likely in the rape of an 11-year-old girl by as many as 10 men, most of whom are football players at local community colleges, Fresno police said.

    Fulton County police said they have no idea what prompted the brutal murder of a 9-year-old boy who was attacked with an ax in a parking lot.

    Back then I said the same thing to my husband. Also mentioned how there are similar cases all over the country by why did the media have a party with that one? Something smells like fish to me.

    To me it is a dead giva away. If it is a non hispanic American citizen they not only put in the names, they usually post pictures.
