    I have not heard anything about this.........

    "The sole purpose of the Driving Privilege Card is to allow individuals, upon successful completion of a driver’s written and road exam, as well as compliance with all other New Jersey driver’s license requirements, the privilege to legally operate, or continue to legally operate, a motor vehicle in this state so long as the vehicle is registered and is insured."

    And.........So that they can vote in our elections!!

    I don't like this one bit. I have not heard anything about it but being a neighbor with NY I thought it could raise it's ugly head.
