NO AMNESTY, NOT AGAIN.
What immigration is doing is pouring more poor people into the U.S. and making the poor who are already here even poorer.

1. No earned amnesty.
Not again. It encourages illegal immigration and lead to another future amnesty.1986 amnesty was supposed to have fixed the root problem of an uncontrolled influx by making it illegal for U.S. employers to hire undocumented workers. Since then illegal immigrants have more than tripled. Three million benefitted in 1986.
(If amnesty is granted in the future according the requirement to learn English, pay back taxes and fine, pass criminal background check, etc, what will happen to those who do not meet requirements? Will they still be in the shadows?) How do you do a criminal background check on an illegal alien? How much back taxes do they pay? How much is forgiven?
How much of your back taxes will you be forgiven?
2. No guest workers program with a path to citizenship.
Guest workers never leave.
3. Fines and jail time for business that hire illegals and confiscate business for expenses.
Laws against business has rarely been enforced and punished. When punished, the penalties are so small that they amount to little more than a cost of doing business.
4. Prosecute and deport illegals that use stolen or fraudulent I.D., social securitynumbers.
Restrict from ever coming back.
5. Repeal 14th Amendment. No automatic citizenship for children of illegal aliens.
It is an incentive and encourages illegal immigration.
6. Stop illegal entry.
Put the military on the border. Build the fence or wall, whatever is necessary to stop drugs, illegal aliens and terrorist.
7. No federal, state or local social service benefits to illegal aliens.
8. Prosecute law enforcers responsible for enforcing but do not enforce immigration laws.
9. Day workers must be hired through State Employment agencies for legal reasons.
10. Search, find and deport illegal aliens criminals and gangs.
11. Make illegal entry a felon and deport.
12. Enforce immigrations laws.
Attrition through enforcement.

If 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act had been enforced, we would not have the problems we are having now with illegal immigration.

Demand to be heard and listened to. This is our country and we want a country to pass it down to our children and grand children intact.
If our representative and leaders won’t do their jobs, then lets find someone that will “do the jobs they will not do” and maybe cheaper.
