No REDRESS, NO TAXES - The First Amendment Right to Petition

The First Amendment Right to Petition

No Redress, NO Taxes: A Constitutional Solution To An Intractable Political Problem. In the end, the solution is profound, simple, and available BY LAW to EVERY INDIVIDUAL citizen of the United States of America:

    1) Petition the Government and Demand Redress to stop the invasion

    2) If NO Redress is secured, every Citizen must withhold their taxes.

This is the solution provided by our Founders. It is simple. It is non-violent. It is designed to confront and resolve government oppression or dereliction of duty.

Please join us in claiming and exercising the Right to Petition the Government for a Redress (Remedy) of the Grievances attendant upon the invasion of illegal immigrants.

We The People Foundation was featured in Aaron Russo's documentary America: Freedom To Fascism. I watched it a while back and it was the first time I had ever heard about federal income tax being unconstitutional. There is no actual law on the books requiring individuals to pay a tax on their labor. Many of the people in this "Tax Honesty" movement have not paid taxes for a long long time and have won in court. Some of them are ex IRS Agents. If you haven't see the film you should check it out. You'll probably need to watch it more than once to take it all in. Congressman Ron Paul is in the film too.

You can watch it for free on Google video

    Look Before You Leap

I have to look into all of this further but I am seriously considering withholding my federal income tax. It might not be possible since I work for a corporation that automatically deducts it from each check but I spoke with a Rep from We The People on Saturday and he's sending me some information. Maybe you can just claim exempt? I don't know. Like I said I have to look into it further.

All I know is that we need to exercise our Constitutional rights to the fullest before they are taken away completely. I am not going to sit quietly while these treasonous elites form a North American Union.

Wow! This is some video. This is the juror, Marcella Brooks, who appeared in Aaron Russo’s documentary America: Freedom to Fascism . Can she ever tell a story. After you hear this you definitely think twice about paying federal income tax.

Here is the Tax Protester FAQ - “Read about the crazy arguments that lead people to believe that the federal income tax does not apply to wages, or to citizens of the United States.”

Anybody here up for a tax revolt? It will take thousands of us to do it. I'll be the first--to hell with April 15th

Well, with that idea, we'll need a dock that's accessable. By the way Crocket, we need to talk to W about getting a fifth star once you make the rank of 'Super Hero'!

I'm serious, if the feds aren't going to listen to us, we need to have a tax revolt, especially if its not legal in the first place.

I like the idea of a tax revolt too. Of course there is safety in numbers and it would be a real fight. The IRS will ruin your life.

The federal income tax LAW is still very unclear to me, but I do not believe there is a LAW. Still, read the Tax protester FAQ that I posted above. It debunks the tax protester arguments.

    LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP!
