Wow, just checked out the link. It definitely confirms what several of us have been saying all along, Ron Paul is not the man we need to handle our illegal immigration/weak border security problem.

Romney is my choice right now as he supports enforcement of laws & no amnesty pathways for illegals. If Thompson gains traction, I'll consider him as I like his anti-illegal immigration plan, but as of now it's Romney who would much better than Giuliani or Huckabee.

Voted YES on allowing more foreign workers into the U.S. for farm work.

Against Anti-Terrorism Law; too hard on immigrants

Voted YES on visas for skilled workers

Voted YES on limit welfare for immigrants.
This amendment would have restored food stamp benefits to the children of legal immigrants

    This guy is bad news

    USANevada,
Yup, Abraham is bad news. I seem to recall that Thompson canned him after a short while, but correct me if I'm wrong.

"Immigration has been an important part of our nation's success. The current system, however, puts up a concrete wall to the best and brightest, yet those without skill or education are able to walk across the border. We must reform the current immigration laws so we can secure our borders, implement a mandatory biometrically enabled, tamper proof documentation and employment verification system, and increase legal immigration into America"

    Whats wrong with this ?

If we cut off the half million or more illegals and get rid of most of the ones here , whats wrong with bringing in the good ones

We need rocket scientists , we don't need gardeners

Keep in mind we used this policy before
Einstein , Tesla , Warner Von Braun and many others
    All "bright" immigrants

I see Robin Hayes - the decisive vote for approving CAFTA - still gets an A+ on immigration ratings. That makes sense.
