I am sure that the OBL people have advised them to file tax returns. That way, they give the image that they are honest law-abiding people with "good family values".

This is a worthless insulting gesture to say that illegal Aliens can pay their cash donation to buy out Americans. To say: "they aren't so bad after all - it is OK, we can bear to live with them, they can get an amnesty now". No amount of their filthy stolen cash from stolen social security numbers can amend the priceless impact of having a collective foreign illegal intrusion impose upon the United States.

Yet there it is in the IRS instruction booklet - instructions for "non-resident Aliens".

This goes to confirm that the proposed enforcements in the STRIVE Act, Bush proposal or ANY "guest-worker" program will be thrown out and never enforced. There will be no worker verification of legal status for Employers if the IRS does not work with the Homeland Security Dept. and the Social Security Admin. Same as 1986 - amnesty and promised lies of enforcement.
