Here we go again with promises instead of actions! The sad truth is, Obamacare is a perfect example to show the Republican Party leadership is full of crap and works hand in clove with the progressives to enslave the American people and subvert our constitutionally limited system of government.


Take for example the Republican State AG’s who have taken Obamacare to court. Instead of filing in the Supreme Court which has original jurisdiction in the case, they filed in district court. In addition, they have not, to the best of my knowledge file for an injunction to stop the implementation of Obamacare while the case is being litigated. Why is all this important? Because not filing for an injunction to stop the implementation of Obamacare while the case is being litigated, and not filing in the Supreme Court which has ultimate authority to determine the constitutionality of Obamacare, buys time to allow major portions of Obamacare to be implemented, creating an irreversible situation when the case finally gets to the S.C., and, at that time there will be less outcry by the people if Obamacare is upheld because the people will have begrudgingly adopted to the mandates of this tyrannical act.


Something fowl is afoot and the American people are being conned once again!


When will the American People wake up to the slithering snakes in the Republican Party Leadership?

Health care by consent of the governed (Article 5) our amendment process --- tyranny by a PROGRESSIVE majority vote in Congress!

This maybe why the establishment Repubs are so upset about the Tea Party candidates.

The establishment Repubs will not be able to control the Tea Party candidates nor their votes in Congress if they win.

I am trying to understand this pledge but can someone tell me how this is a bad thing if they really plan to stand behind it??

The so-called Pledge is a work of propaganda. It says, among other things, that the Republicans will cut taxes and balance the budget. Deficits are already sky high. One out of every three dollars is just borrowed money or created out of thin air by the Federal Reserve. It is impossible to cut taxes in this kind of situation and balance the budget at the same time. To do that would require the Republicans cut almost one out of every three dollars spent! The economy can't grow its way out of this problem. Economic growth is barely one percent. So if the thruth be known the Pledge is really a con job and not a very good one at that. I might add that if anything else goes wrong like another war or a major natural disaster that might just send the U. S. over the edge...

I forgot to mention, both Social Security and Medicare are nearing bankruptcy but the Pledge says almost nothing about that.

EXACTLY!!! So why am I the only one chastised for pointing this out? The people that fund the GOP are the SAME people that are funding the tea party candidates. Why am I the bad guy here? I have shown the proof!! There has to be a point to where me and you, as liberals and conservatives, are TIRED of the BS that BOTH sides are trying to pull. These tea party people are no good, just like the dems on the same token are no good! Why do I have posts directed at me that say "We support ALL points of view" when you clearly don't? Why can't me and you come together, and take the good sides of both points of view and come to a common point of view? Instead, I am the enemy!! How the hell did this happen? I am NOT trying to cause controversy on Alipac, I just want people like myself represented here, because so far ALL you have is ONE point of view. I HAVE to HATE muslims to stay here. I HAVE to adhere to a particular religion to stay here. I am a LIBERAL that hates illegal immigration because it is fundamentally wrong. There is NO argument that can be logically made in favor of illegal immigration. Yet somehow, I am against you all, and I get e-mails warning me against my anger. I am Hitler. PLEASE!! All I ask is for the tiniest bit of consideration, not to be kicked off. I do not want to be kicked off at all!! I want me and you, from OPPOSITE sides, to see what is really happening from both sides of politics. As a democrat, I KNOW that democrats are idiots. That's why I vote mostly Republican here in Texas. Illegal immigration is the issue that I base my vote. Even though I'm a democrat, I WILL NOT vote for ANYBODY that supports illegals. It is common sense.

I am only 35 years old, and I KNOW for a FACT that BOTH sides do not represent us Americans, because that is what they have PROVEN for 30 YEARS!!! Yet somehow, you guys think that ALL OF A SUDDEN, the 30 year cycle will be broken with the candidate you choose. What complete BS!! SCREW dems and repubs!!! Why can't you guys see this?

Why can't W. run for office? I don't know what his other affiliations are, but for someone like myself, the ONLY thing I care about is illegal immigration. If W became president, and kicked out all illegals but went against my beliefs as a liberal, I wouldn't care, because he would have taken care of the issue that affects this country the most! Once you get rid of illegals, the country begins to improve drastically!! So again, how am I the bad guy? How did I become the topic of a post without ever mentioning my name, when all I want is the BS to STOP!!??

I'm with ya, Darth, I think that they're all corrupt. American politics suck because of greed and power. No one wants to pay attention to the Constitution although a lot of them say they do.

I don't llike muslims because they won't speak out against or stand up against terorrist groups like Ale Kida, Hezbola, the Taliban, you name it. They wont even do this to defend their own religeon. Oh, I'm sure some do, but the vast majority of them remain silent and that silence is frightening. Very frighening. Walking arond masked, or hiding behind their beards..when I think of these people, I see nothing much more than a knife in the back. If I'm muslimaphobic, then they are chicken s---s.

There's a video of John Boehner recently speaking about this "Pledge" interspersed with clips from a 99 speech of his and they're almost word for word.

I searched Youtube but didn't find it. I just happened upon it this morning while channel surfing.
