While the bipartisan voice grows to ban Ebola victims from entering the United States, a new report claims that President Obama is considering a plan to bring the world’s Ebola patients to the United States to be treated.

Judicial Watch, the conservative public watchdog group, says in a shocking report that the president is “actively formulating plans” to admit Ebola-infected non-citizens just to be treated.

“Specifically, the goal of the administration is to bring Ebola patients into the United States for treatment within the first days of diagnosis,” said the group.

Such a plan would likely cause a political outcry throughout the nation, on edge over the spread of the virus.

Judicial Watch, which probes federal spending and uses federal and administration sources to root out corruption, said it is unclear who would pay for transporting and treating non-Americans.

But they have details nobody else has. “The plans include special waivers of laws and regulations that ban the admission of non-citizens with a communicable disease as dangerous as Ebola.”

The organization added, “the Obama administration is keeping this plan secret from Congress. The source is concerned that the proposal is illegal; endangers the public health and welfare; and should require the approval of Congress.”

Thursday night on Fox News, Charles Krauthammer predicted that it would only take "a couple more cases like Mr. Duncan" flying to the United States from West Africa with Ebola for the president to back down from his no travel ban position.

But if Judicial Watch's sources are correct, Obama's open door policy for people coming from Ebola infected countries, may creak open a little wider to allow the transfer of non-US citizens infected with the disease into the country for treatment.

Obama Can Use Same Parole in Illegal Alien “Humanitarian Crisis” to Bring Ebola Patients to U.S.

The Obama administration has shunned multiple requests to respond to a disturbing report exposing its secret plan to admit Ebola-infected foreigners into the United States for treatment and now Congress has joined Judicial Watch to demand answers.

Will the administration blow off Congress the way it has Judicial Watch? In the last couple of days JW has contacted a number of government agencies that may be involved in the backdoor plan for comment but all except one have ignored the requests, both telephonic and by electronic mail. Only the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offered a response, albeit a curt one. “We have nothing for you on that,” CDC spokeswoman Amesheia Buckner told JW this week.

Other agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), simply discounted JW’s requests—both verbal and in writing—for comment. Specifically, the Obama administration’s goal is to bring Ebola patients into the United States for treatment within the first days of diagnosis, according to high-level sources that provided JW with details of the scheme. It includes special waivers of laws and regulations that ban the admission of non-citizens with a communicable disease as dangerous as Ebola.

Information about the arrangement is being kept secret from legislators, according to one of JW’s sources, which expressed concern that the proposal is illegal, endangers the public health and welfare and should require the approval of Congress. In the days following JW’s alarming report, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee fired off a letter to the secretaries of State and Homeland Security asking for details of the Ebola plan and whether employees of their agencies had engaged in conversations regarding it. “Please provide me any and all written memos or other documentation written by employees of your Departments regarding the formulation of a plan to allow non-U.S. citizens infected with Ebola to enter the U.S. to receive medical treatment,” says the letter signed by the committee’s chair, Bob Goodlatte of Virginia. The committee is giving the agency heads until the end of the week to respond.

One way President Obama can carry out this outrageous initiative is to offer Ebola-infected foreign nationals a special parole. Under federal regulations a parolee is an alien that is inadmissible to the inspecting officer but is allowed into the United States for urgent humanitarian reasons. Obama applied this exemption to allow the recent influx of illegal immigrant minors that entered the country through the Mexican border by labeling it a “humanitarian crisis.” Besides “urgent humanitarian reasons,” parole can be authorized at DHS headquarters for “medical emergency,” according to the agency’s regulations. This could apply to foreign nationals infected with Ebola.

Judicial Watch has launched an investigation into the U.S. Ebola crisis and has filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Specifically, JW is demanding that the DOD reveal its plans for evacuation of American personnel in Africa and OSHA’s plans for response to the Ebola outbreak as well as expressions of concern by agency personnel relating to the deadly virus. Additionally, JW is seeking information about the cryptic carrier Phoenix Air, which has been transporting Ebola-infected patients and has significant Pentagon contracts.

A shocking government document outlining the Obama administration’s outrageous plan to admit Ebola-infected non-U.S. citizens into the United States for treatment has surfaced, confirming a story that Judicial Watch broke almost two weeks ago.

On October 17 JW reported that the administration was actively formulating a deal to admit foreign nationals infected with Ebola into the country for treatment. Specifically, the goal is to bring the patients into the country within the first days of diagnosis, according to JW’s sources. The plan includes special waivers of laws and regulations that ban the admission of non-citizens with a communicable disease as dangerous as Ebola.

JW received details of the initiative from high-level government sources that also disclosed the administration was keeping the Ebola plan secret from Congress. The sources expressed concern that the proposal is illegal; endangers the public health and welfare; and should require the approval of Congress. Following the initial report, JW contacted a number of government agencies that may be involved with the backdoor plan for comment but all except one shunned multiple requests to respond. This week several media outlets have confirmed JW’s story, attributing the information to an unclassified State Department report. It spells out a plan to rush foreigners into the U.S. for Ebola treatment, according to a British newspaper that links the actual four-page document. It would cost $300,000 to treat each patient and another $200,000 for transportation, the State Department memo shows. The newspaper cites the White House Press Secretary issuing a “qualified denial” this week, saying that it hasn’t happened so far and that he doesn’t know of any plans to do it. “Despite the existence of a written plan, the State Department denies that it has any intention of bringing Ebola-infected noncitizens to the U.S. for treatment,” the news article points out.

The State Department memo, authored by the deputy director of the office of international health and biodefense, Robert Sorenson, also says this: “The United States needs to show leadership and act as we are asking others to act by admitting certain non-citizens into the country for medical treatment for Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) during the Ebola crisis.” In the aftermath of the document’s leak, senior administration officials have anonymously come forth to say there are “absolutely no plans” to transport foreign Ebola patients to be treated in the U.S. What should Americans believe?

'Bama is in heaven. He can express his disdain for the concerns of Americans by importing a deadly virus into the United States. Combine that with an amnesty for illegals which will devastate the poorest Americans and you have what really does seem like a nut case's vision of the future of our country.

Of course, we still have not heard one word from 'Bamacrats about our own foster children. These kids typically term out of benefits at age 18. They then have high dropout rates and high rates of incarceration. But 'Bamacrats want everything for foreigners and illegals, and nothing for our own least fortunate children.
