    House Roll Call: Trade Authority

    WASHINGTON — The 219-211 roll call Friday by which the House voted to give the president fast-track trade authority. The House rejection of the worker training program stalled the fast-track trade authority measure in the House.

    A "yes" vote is a vote to pass the measure.


    Voting yes were 28 Democrats and 191 Republicans.


    Voting no were 157 Democrats and 54 Republicans.


    X denotes those not voting.


    There is 1 vacancy in the 435-member House.
