    i think with obama's total disregard/hatred for this country and it's laws he will just ignore the courts. remember he is the messiah

    Your guess is as good as mine. I am not a lawyer and do not understand fully what is going on. I do know the MSM has yet to say anything about this. IF what Berg is reporting is correct, I wonder why the continued silence. I also think this is the worst possible way he could have won, if indeed he really did. We may never know for certain what Obama's status really is.
