Is Obama Trying to Cause Civil Unrest in America? announce amnesty W/Wilson verdict

Is Obama Trying to Cause Civil Unrest in America?

Administration chooses to announce controversial amnesty plan at same time as Officer Wilson verdict

by Paul Joseph Watson | November 20, 2014

By choosing to announce his extremely controversial executive agenda on amnesty at almost precisely the same time the verdict in the shooting death of Michael Brown is expected to be announced, President Barack Obama risks causing civil unrest in America.

The timing is so senseless that it almost looks like Obama is deliberately trying to stir up domestic disorder.
Police departments across the country are preparing for riots in the aftermath of what many expect to be the acquittal of Officer Darren Wilson, a decision expected to be made within the next 36 hours.
Meanwhile, Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn warns that Obama’s plan to legalize as many as 5 million undocumented immigrants, set to be announced tonight, threatens to cause bedlam.
“The country’s going to go nuts, because they’re going to see it as a move outside the authority of the president, and it’s going to be a very serious situation,” Coburn said on Capital Download. “You’re going to see — hopefully not — but you could see instances of anarchy. … You could see violence.”
Coburn went on to note that the country needed to be pulled together and not divided further, yet Obama has chosen to coincide his immigration announcement with the culmination of the most divisive domestic issue of the year, and one that already caused weeks of unrest this past summer.
Could the administration not have waited at least a few days to announce the amnesty plan, allowing any potential violence in reaction to the Wilson verdict to subside? Or is Obama deliberately trying to foster division in order to polarize the country as his only means of creating some form of momentum behind the immigration push?
Polls show that America is more deeply divided under Obama than at any time in the past two decades.
Meanwhile, supporters of Officer Darren Wilson have accused Obama of failing to stop the Michael Brown shooting from turning into a race war by offering condolences to Brown’s family while ignoring the plight of Wilson.
Unlike other cases of police brutality, the preponderance of evidence clearly indicates that Wilson did not deliberately gun down Brown in cold blood while the victim had his hands up in the air. Autopsy results and ballistics evidence suggests that Brown attacked Wilson and attempted to grab his gun before the shooting.

Yea and I bet he is going to announce it in Las Vegas the Illegal Alien Capital of the Country and home of good " ole" boy Harry

Viva Las Vegas: Obama's Trip to Nevada An Effort to Save Reid

    Ky Sisson | Nov 20, 2014

Bumper stickers with the words "Harry Reid Doesn't Represent This Nevadan" flourish on the rear-end of cars throughout the Silver State.
Soon to be Senate Minority Leader, Harry Reid (D-NV), is very unpopular in Nevada. The latest poll taken in July by Harper Polling had him at 41 percent approval among constituents. He barely kept his seat in 2010 and is bound to be defeated in 2016 if rumors are true that beloved Nevada governor, Republican Brian Sandoval, will run against him.
As President Obama makes his way to Del Sol High School in Las Vegas tomorrow after announcing his immigration plan tonight on primetime television, Nevada was the most strategic place to rally support for his executive action.
And why not knock out two birds with one stone? This trip to Vegas will also help Senator Reid who's popularity is in free fall.
Nevada has the nation’s largest share (8 percent) of unauthorized immigrants, according to Pew Research. There are 210,000 undocumented immigrants living in Nevada, comprising 10 percent of the state's labor force.
In 2010, Reid won 90 percent of the Latino vote. If he wants to win in 2016, he needs to ensure Latinos have his back. By supporting President Obama's immigration reform (regardless of what the president says tonight, odds are Reid will follow him without hesitation), Reid can start to rally support from the Latino voting community (which is about 16 percent of Nevada's eligible voters) in anticipation of a tough race in 2016.
I can picture it now. Tomorrow in Las Vegas, Reid will be on stage behind President Obama, grinning ear to ear.

Watch Obama’s Amnesty is No different Than President Ronald Reagan’s unilateral actions according to dingbat Pelosi

According to the Associated Press, as well as House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Reps. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., and Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., President Barack Obama’s plan to provide executive amnesty to more than 5 million illegal immigrants is no different than unilateral actions that were taken by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush.
However, this claim plays a bit fast and loose with history and fails to explain the significant difference between Obama going against the will of Congress, which considered and rejected the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act on several occasions, including when both houses of Congress were controlled by the president’s party, and Reagan and Bush, who made administrative corrections designed to carry out congressional intent.
Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress exclusive authority to “establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization ….” And it is the president’s constitutional duty, under Article II, Section 3, to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed ….”
In 1986, Congress passed the Immigration and Reform Control Act, which provided a general amnesty to almost 3 million illegal immigrants. According to the Associated Press, Reagan acted unilaterally when his Immigration and Naturalization Service commissioner “announced that minor children of parents granted amnesty by [IRCA] would get protection from deportation.” In fact, in 1987, then-Attorney General Ed Meese issued a memorandum allowing the INS to defer deportation where “compelling or humanitarian factors existed” for children of illegal immigrants who had been granted amnesty and, in essence, given green cards and put on a path towards being “naturalized” as citizens. In announcing this policy, Reagan was not defying Congress, but rather carrying out the general intent of Congress which had just passed a blanket amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.

As the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website itself explains, the children of individuals who become citizens through naturalization have a relatively easy process for also becoming naturalized citizens to avoid breaking up families. And as Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies points out, the INS was, as a practical matter, going to “look the other way under certain circumstances with regard to minor children both of whose parents received amnesty.” This was well within the authority delegated to the executive branch and a “legitimate exercise of prosecutorial discretion.”
The Bush administration relaxed these technical requirements under a “Family Fairness” policy to defer deportation of the spouses and children of illegal immigrants who were allowed to stay in this country and seek naturalization through the IRCA amnesty. Shortly thereafter, Bush worked with Congress to pass the Immigration Act of 1990, which made these protections permanent. Significantly, the Bush policy and the 1990 act affected only a small number of immigrants–about 180,000 people–in comparison to Obama’s past (his 2012 implementation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program) and anticipated unilateral actions that will affect millions of immigrants.
Some supporters of Obama’s unilateral actions on immigration have also pointed to other actions by past presidents that allowed immigrants such as Afghans and Nicaraguans to stay in the U.S. But those limited actions were based on very special circumstances such as the Russian invasion of Afghanistan, the Communist-driven civil war in Nicaragua or the Chinese massacre of students in Tiananmen Square that led Bush to grant deferred departure to threatened Chinese nationals.
Moreover, our immigration laws contain exceptions permitting temporary protected status when an illegal alien’s home country is beset with civil strife or recovering from a natural disaster. America’s generous asylum policies also give safe haven to aliens who if returned to their home countries would face persecution because of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion. The special circumstances that prompted Reagan and Bush to act compassionately, but also within the legal boundaries set by Congress, simply do not exist here. They are a far cry from granting what is in effect a general amnesty complete with benefits that legal immigrants must wait years to obtain.
In short, while Reagan and Bush worked closely with Congress to implement the comprehensive legislation that Congress had passed (in the case of Reagan) or would pass shortly thereafter (in the case of Bush), Obama is bypassing Congress entirely. He is unconstitutionally revising existing law and, without congressional approval, imposing new ones that have been explicitly rejected by Congress time and time again, thereby setting himself up as a kingmaker (or king) on immigration policy.
By doing so, the president is establishing a dangerous precedent that violates fundamental principles of separation of powers that serve as a bulwark to protect our liberties and that established a government of laws and not of men.

Fundamental Change for this administration was changing America into a third world country in my opinion, to do this it's necessary to divide and anger people and sadly it's working, it will take years to undo what this man has done to this country. The American people need to lift their head from "smart phones" and realize elections matter.

Media BlackOut & Ferguson Converge on Obama’s Amnesty for Illegals Address

    Tim Brown 51 mins ago

Just like the orchestrated illegal alien invasion we saw take place earlier this year by the Obama administration, we are now seeing an orchestrated effort to cover for his illegal executive action to provide amnesty to possibly tens of millions of illegals in the US on Thursday.
For nearly two weeks, America has waited to hear the results of the grand jury's decision in Ferguson as to whether or not they will charge Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown. We all know the decision will be no to charge him and in that vein, the race baiters are out in full force.
We also know that Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has issued a 30 day state of emergency leading up to the grand jury's announcement.
The White House informed the US of the following:

The White House @WhiteHouse Follow President Obama will address the nation tomorrow night on new steps he's taking to fix our broken immigration system: http://go.wh.gov/sRN9yZ
    10:04 AM - 19 Nov 2014

Now, reports are that the big four networks will not be covering Obama's address on Thursday because they are hoping to maximize their ratings during the November sweeps. How will the White House be addressing the nation if it won't be carried on national television?
Dominic Patten at Deadline Hollywood reports:

The administration announced today that POTUS will be speaking live from the White House at 8 PM ET on Thursday. ABC has the fall finale for Grey's Anatomy on at that time while CBS has ratings powerhouse The Big Bang Theory, NBC has reality show The Biggest Loser and Fox has Bones. As of right now, three of those networks will not see any changes in their November sweep schedules due to the speech.

While Obama's speech will be seen on their cable news siblings, Fox and NBC are not carrying it live on their broadcast networks tomorrow night.
In an update to Dominic Patten's report yesterday, an ABC spokesman said, "ABC is not carrying the president's address on the television network — it will be carried on all our ABC News digital platforms, including Apple TV, and radio."

The Hill confirms the report regarding the networks lack of coverage and added, "A source at one of the major networks told The Hill that the White House did not officially request prime-time coverage on the networks Thursday, a big night for ratings given popular shows on several networks, including ABC's "Shondaland" schedule of shows created by producer Shonda Rhimes."

According to The Hill, "The White House also downplayed the fact that the high-profile immigration address won't be aired live on the big broadcast networks. 'It's not unusual for us to have off-the-record conversations with news organizations about events at the White House,' a White House official told The Hill."

However, you can rest easy knowing that there will be television stations carrying the address… Spanish stations like Univision and Telemundo.
Univision, according to vice president Borja Echevarria, will interrupt the Latin Grammy Awards to air Obama's address. Telemundo will be airing the address, followed by analysis.

Borja Echevarría @borjaechevarria Follow Tomorrow, at 8 p.m ET, tune in to Univision @UniNoticias to watch Obama's announcement of an executive action on inmigration
    10:32 AM - 19 Nov 2014

Anyone else see a problem with this?

    But that's not all.

Combine this with the Ferguson decision and you have not only cover for Obama's illegal activities, but a continued effort by this administration to engage in inciting insurrection among the people of America. This is something that Barack Obama has spoken of since his days at Occidental College when he communicated that he desired a "communist style revolution" in order to fully implement the tenants of Marxism in America.

Melissa Melton and Aaron Dykes comment on what's been taking place in Ferguson. They write:

When this first began, we were asking "Where is COINTELPRO?" This video was uploaded August 14th, just five days after Brown was killed:

Since that time, the evidence has only grown.

Ask yourself. Why is this particular case in Ferguson the one that our government and mainstream media have thrown all of their time and resources into? Why has it blown up so fast? Why were high-level shills like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton immediately involved and on the ground in St. Louis within 24 hours after Michael Brown was shot? (They certainly don't do that every time a black man is shot by police in this country.) Why did our justice department get so intimately involved in Ferguson, with Obama ending his vacation early to meet with Attorney General Eric Holder about it, and Holder ordering not one but two federal autopsies (for a total of three autopsies) on Michael Brown?

Why is it this case of all cases? The one where the subsequent facts coming out don't exactly paint Michael Brown as the totally innocent victim the media tried to initially portray him as? A case that will definitely divide people on race lines?

Instead, the powers that shouldn't be are using fear to push everyone's buttons…and, once again just like the tired old playbook predicted the first time it was used so long ago, it's working. Across the country people are allowing themselves to become little puppets for another Hegelian Dialectic puppet show.

Obama is about to announce executive amnesty Thursday…and none of the three major networks are even carrying the speech (it just so happens to be sweeps, fancy that). How shocked will anyone be if the grand jury comes back Friday to yank everyone's attention in another direction?

I don't think any of us would be surprised. However, I would think that it would be more plausible that the decision be given sometime late on Thursday in order to completely overtake the news and drown out virtually any mention of Obama's lawless attempts to not enforce the law. Whatever the outcome, we know the people behind the scenes are working hand in glove with the Obama administration and America's best interests are not in their minds. However, it's time the American people rise up, stand alongside good men like Constitutional Sheriffs and oppose Barack Obama and all of those in Congress who are giving aid and support to his domestic enemy administration.

Obama’s Amnesty Will Add As Many Foreign Workers As New Jobs Since 2009

President Barack Obama makes a toast during a luncheon hosted by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at the U.N. General Assembly in New York Sept. 24, 2014. (REUTERS/Kevin Lamarque) President Barack Obama’s unilateral amnesty will quickly add as many foreign workers to the nation’s legal labor force as the total number of new jobs created by his economy since 2009.
The plans, expected to be announced late Nov. 20, will distribute five million work permits to illegal immigrants, and also create a new inflow of foreign college graduates for prestigious salaried jobs, according to press reports.
Obama has already provided or promised almost one million extra work permits to foreigners, while his economy has only added six million jobs since 2009.
Under the president’s new amnesty plan, “up to four million undocumented immigrants who have lived in the United States for at least five years can apply. … An additional one million people will get protection from deportation through other parts of the president’s plan,” according to a Nov. 19 report in The New York Times.
The five million total was attributed to “people briefed on his plans,” the Times reports.
The five million work permits will add to Obama’s prior giveaways, which have provided work permits to almost one million foreigners.
Since 2009, the U.S. economy has added only six million jobs, according to the International Monetary Fund.
The total number of jobs rose from 139,894,000 in 2009, to 145,871,000 in 2014, according to the IMF. That’s an increase of 5,977,000 jobs in five years.
Obama’s administration claims it has helped create 10 million jobs. If so, he has given out one work permit for every two jobs created since his inauguration.
Not all the five million illegal immigrants who get permits will work, and many are already working under fake names or for cash. However, their new work permits will allow them to compete for jobs now held or sought by blue-collar Americans, including the many African-Americans and Latinos who voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012.
Polls show that the public is hostile to the amnesty plan and want Obama to work with Congress on immigration.
Currently, less than one percent of the nation’s population of 12 million illegal immigrants are repatriated each year. Obama’s policy will likely shrink the repatriations, while providing millions with work permits.
Obama’s total of six million extra work permits does not include the normal inflow of legal immigrants.
Each year, the nation accepts one million new immigrants, or roughly five million since 2009. That total includes roughly 3.5 million working-age immigrants, which is slightly less than the number of Americans — 4.3 million — who turn 18 each year.
Also, companies annually hire roughly 450,000 blue-collar guest workers and roughly 200,000 white-collar guest workers. Most of these guest workers stay for less than a year, but many stay for six years.
That current population of roughly 600,000 foreign graduates is expected to increase, if, as reported, Obama’s plan allows American universities to offer green cards to foreign tuition-paying students.
    U.S. median wages have flat-lined since 2000

Folks need to remember, the HOUSE drafted, debated and PASSED, H.R. 5230, which would have immediately appropriated funds, secured the borders and would have addressed child welfare of Immigrants.... the Bill, was NEVER acted on by the Senate... now ask yourself... WHY would that happen??? Why would President Obama BLAME the House for not acting, not helping, not being "cooperative" when in fact, the HOUSE was the only chamber that actually drafted AND PASSED an Immigration Reform Bill for the short term? LYING to Americans is not a good trait for our President.... he left out very important facts in his press briefings before Congress went on recess earlier this summer.... shame shame shame
