Ohio's Senators--End of week DC Feedback

Just spoke again to Senators' staff members.

My gut tells me that we've got 25% chance one will flip. 5% chance both will flip.

Voinovich's staffer seemed to want to encourage me to at least think (wink, wink) that Voinovich will vote against cloture, LIKE HE DID ON JUNE 7 IN THE A.M. VOTE (according to the staffer). [Reading between the lines.]

Brown staffer said the Senator hasn't taken a position and likely wont until next week when debate resumes on the bill (Monday-Tuesday).

So for now, continue to count them as Amnesty backers.

Thanks, Steve. I've been working on Brown every day. Do you think if I mentioned your organization to him, and the battles you've been waging against illegal immigration, that that would help (and I'm from outside of your state, and I'm paying more attention to what's going on inside of Ohio then the Senator is!)

Let me know. Visited your website, and liked it alot!

    Ostrich,

Sure! I'm sure the staff would hear something other than the usual!

Thanks for the help and website complement!
