This is the crux of it. Illegals come here and demand representation yet they pay NO taxes. They do NOT assimilate and readily and freely fly their flags. They don't consider themselves americans.. but "mexican, cuban, korean, salvadorean etc." This is the problem. It is a total disregard of OUR customs and OUR land and OUR people and OUR language. I am italian, but I WOULD NEVER EVER presume that me being italian takes precedence over me being American. When my grandparents came over LEGALLY from the old country, they tried their damdest to fit in, learn the language and assimilate. They did. I said to my grandmother once, "why don't you speak Italian more often and she said 'this is america, this is your country. I choose to come here so I must be as you are"

I agree with what he says. I'm not demanding anything. I pay my taxes. I DO assimilate well, I don't fly any other flags. I have the American flag pasted onto my walls everywhere! Look, this is my country too. If you think that no other citizens support people like me, you are wrong. There are people who support us and we see this through people like Durbin.

The Democrats WILL take control of the government come next year's elections. A-holes like Tancredo will not. Dream had the support of 52 senators. That's a lot of support even if it fell short.

A great American president. Current elected officials could use some lessions from him especially the Demorats.

Hey, what happened to Mr. Nice Guy I would say that you are not a typical illegal immigrant. Furthermore, you should be well schooled on the US government by what we have posted. It is full of treasonous, back-stabbing, political prostitutes. NOTHING like our beloved Teddy Roosevelt. It won't matter if Hillary wins -- besides, the only Republicans that have a chance are treasonous backstabbers themselves -- this thing will never get out of congress. It didn't have support now, and we will fire the senators that voted for it.

You are going to see a lot of people in Washington lose their jobs in the 2008 elections for supporting Dream and the other amnesties.

Rasmussen polls show 68% public opposition and only 22% support for Dream and Dream was the best shot your side had. You threw the kids out front combined with military service and you still failed.
