    "And for other Purposes" ???

    Is this piece of crud bill really titled S. 1348: A bill to provide for comprehensive immigration reform and for other purposes? That's how its titled on govtrack.us. Just what is the "and for other purposes"? Translated it must mean "and to screw the American people". Therefore the title is really " S. 1348: A bill to provide for comprehensive immigration reform and to screw the American people." My head is close to exploding over this issue.
