I would rather have no military then to put them under control of the UN, if that happens I would suggest they all go AWOL!

The reason these bastards want the military to be adminstered by the UN is because they know that the military of a given nation may sympathize with its own people and refuse orders to move against them. With the UN administering the armies, they can send in foreigners who don't give a rat's arse about the populace and will carry out any orders they are given.

do you have any links to documentation on the above proposed legislation and anything else that it involves? Any legislation that is already completed that leads to the end result? Trying to collect as much as we can and would greatly appreciate your help.

It's not proposed. It passed in 1989 as the Arms Control Authorization Act of 1989 and as the Arms Control and Disarmament Amendments Act of 1989. Basically, it was the legislative version of JFK's Department of State Publication 7277 titled, Freedom From War - The United States Program
for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.

It's provisions have not, to my knowledge, all been implemented.
