If you go to the news stories section I posted about a story in Saturday's Denver Rocky Mountain News Sports section section. Somebody thankfully posted the story (Mexican runner at Adams State!) and you can read it.

I am posting here becaue I believe Colorado State Law may have been broken? Can some one investigate this publicly? I think the track coach, the athletic director and or the school may have violated the law of Colorado?
