I would like to commend you for sticking out your neck to address an issue of great importance to all Americans---Illegal Immigration!

Once Congress returns from its Easter Recess, the battle lines will be drawn. This is an immensely crucial time for all concerned Citizens to enact and act on their beliefs! We are here to use the multiplier effect of the emerging technology of the Internet to INUNDATE and CALL TO ATTENTION those lawmakers who are really LAWBREAKERS!

Every Washington politician who acts like the they are the last vestiges of power, to be admired, and to be prayed to, because of their (elected) arrogant position, needs to receive HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of WAKE-UP CALLS from their constituents---YOU!

YOU, dear participant, are the link in the success or failure of our combined ability to CHANGE the lax attitude of our elected representatives (to change their attitudes!), and REFLECT OUR WILL (that of U.S. Citizens determined to protect our country!) When I took my oath of Citizenship, by God, I swore allegiance, and agreed to defend this country against all enemies! There are enemies at the gate, trying to usurp your Constitutional Rights---they are amongst us, disguised, ready to take what IS NOT LEGALLY OR RIGHTFULLY THEIRS! These illegals have fomented and disrupted our society to subjugate the elected officials (whom we gave power to!) by promising them continued leadership if they (your elected politicians!) support the cause of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!

Be wise, and recognize that the process of assimilation of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is a road to certain failure---it benefits the ILLEGAL immigrant only---the rest of us are held to account for their ongoing financial, social, and political burden. I have traveled widely throughout this world, and can say with all honesty, that should the Citizens of this Great Country, the United States, fail to put an IMMEDIATE STOP to the current insanity of potential LEGALIZED ILLEGAL CRIMINAL IMMIGRATION, that you may become the whipping post of those that desire to take away your Constitutional Rights.

Instead of American Citizens, you will become slaves to the needs, wants, and entitlements of a minority of 11.5 million criminals Hell bent on your political subjugation!

Fellow Citizens, you HAVE TWO WEEKS TO ORGANIZE A GROUNDSWELL POLITICAL MOVEMENT OF ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS WHO FEEL AS WE DO!

It is IMPERATIVE that you enlist any and all resources to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR that IN NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM< that you will let 11.5 million ILLEGAL SQUATTERS formulate binding nationwide policy through our elected government officials!

As a naturalized citizen and former immigrant, you can appreciate the legal process and also have a clear understanding that this is an overthrow of the Constitution and the rights of the citizens and the states . . .

agricultural jobs. I like most Americans completely disagree in giving illegal immigrants amnesty.
It seems to me that a government or private agency could be created to keep track of the number of immigrants that employers need. If the jobs are seasonal then the immigrants need to return to their country of origin during the off-season. The newly created agency would be given the responsibility of performing unannounced inspections of the employers to make sure they are not using undocumented immigrants. If so then the employer should pay dearly for their indiscretion. Each year before their services are needed the employer shall request a set number of workers. The agency will then request these documented workers from the government of origin. Even though it may create hardship to some immigrants, it is no different than the American worker who suffers because of the low wages that these employers are paying. They and the owners of companies that shut down plants in the USA and move them to Mexico and beyond are the scum of the earth. I hope you will make your vote according to the will of majority of American citizens. Congress got us into this mess and it's time for you to get us out.

Actually, we have plenty of Legal Visas available for all possible Agricultural Workers. There is no reason and has never been any reason for agriculture to hire illegal aliens.

In addition, there is no reason why agricultural work which is harder than sitting at a computer or desk, important, seasonal and temporary work....should be low pay.

If the market is allowed to operate freely and legally, these jobs would be easier with more equipment involved and higher wages and more Americans with the American Cost of Living to deal with could and would be interested in the work.

I do not want to eat food that has been produced by Third World standards in the United States.

Why would anyone?

Lord, please give me the strength to ignore those willing to have a low-paid underclass serve them. I realize that many Americans have never performed the hot dirty often dangerous grunt work that allows so many to live luxurious lives with so little physical effort.

Please give me the wisdom to realize that empathy for others is not taught to many of our youth, that those of the "Rushbaugh mind-set" are all-too-ready to have masses of disenfranchised near-serfs exist nearby as long as the "special ones" can live their lives of ease.

Still, I long for the day when America's working poor stops working for a couple months and the grocery store shelves empty. Lord, is it evil of me to anticipate the sheltered spoiled citizens willing to accept an underclass digging through garbage for food and having to fend off attacks by their fellow spoiled ones resorting to the law of the jungle to survive?

HERE IS A DOCUMENT THAT YOU CAN USE AS A TEMPLATE FOR LEGISLATIVE ACTION THAT WE REQUIRE OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS---INCLUDE WHAT YOU LIKE---YOU MAY FREELY COPY AND POST THE INFORMATION!!!

11.5 million ILLEGALS are laying claim to constitutional legal rights of U.S. CITIZENS to protest, employment, and representation, cluttering our cities and towns with their disregard for the law of the land! A simple check of legal identity will put a screeching halt to the mass of flagrant criminal lawbreakers assembling to have their right (to illegally immigrate and illegally work) be enshrined into their illegal vision of illegal immigration. All 11 million plus "immigrants" in the US that are here ILLEGALLY are, and always will be CRIMINALS!

They chose to break the law, and I could care less what the (economic) reasons are! Any country, including the countries these "immigrants" (CRIMINALS) are from have required visas,a valid passport, and a return ticket from U.S. Citizens PRIOR to entering their countries or territories! In fact, on entry, U.S. Citizens are warned NOT TO ENGAGE IN EMPLOYMENT OF ANY TYPE!

Since they are here ILLEGALLY, the majority of U.S. Citizens is sick and tired of paying for their illegal (anchor} babies, education, health care, taxes, vehicles,collisions,insurance, food aid, housing, lack of driver's licenses, etc. What really is unbelievable, though, is the nerve of these ILLEGALS to demand Spanish language instruction, and a refusal to integrate into our English speaking school system. They then become school drop outs, with no skills, who break the rules by working for illegal money, pay no taxes, and repatriate their illegal earnings to their"homeland", to fund and encourage their families to attempt to do the same! These criminals are paid much more for their labor than the average U.S. Citizen would be for equivalent work while paying Social Security and employment taxes! In addition, their illegal wages skew the ability of legal citizens to work. And don't tell me they only work jobs no one else wants! Nothing could be further from the truth.

The solution? Prohibit birthright U.S. Citizenship to illegal immigrants who come to the U.S. to bear their children. The status of any child born in the United States to illegal immigrants should be that of the parents' place of birth, if there are several generations of illegal birth attributed to a family, the country of origin of the original illegal immigrants will serve as default country of birth! All U.S. law enforcement agencies need to be empowered to start checking immigration status! A simple check of the "protesters" at rallies, to see exactly how many of those waving their fists in the air are entitled to a legal U.S. citizens right to protest! If found without papers, then arrest and funnel immediately to INS/Homeland Security to deport them on the spot. Anyone aiding and abetting the illegal flow of immigration (churches, businesses, family members, hospitals,NGO's, etc) should also be charged with conspiracy. Once a few million people get their walking papers, and their support organizations are held accountable, the militant mentality of organized and illegal criminal immigration will move to the underground---where it rightfully belongs! This would also certainly improve the porous nature of our present shambled Homeland Security!

Once arrested, and processed, it should be ascertained how long these illegals were in the country. Once this data is established, a general estimation of their work production (at minimum wage), schooling costs, health care costs, judicial costs, and other social costs can be attributed and assigned. These illegals will then have an opportunity to PAY THE COSTS FOR ALL THEIR BACK TAXES, PLUS PENALTIES FOR THEIR ILLEGAL INCOME, and all subsequent additional costs incurred by the communities that paid for services mentioned above. Illegals who are able to provide information which indicates corporate, church, business, or individual sponsorship, responsibility, involvement, and culpability during their illegal stay can, through testifying against their former employers, implicate them in the organized criminal hiring of labor, and thus shift the burden of financial compensation for social service costs to these corporations, businesses, churches, and individuals. Let those protesting, and their instigators and supporters pay for the damage they have caused, and the illegal behavior they have encouraged! And once enacted , and enforced, the tone of this farcical "civil rights" screaming would change! Rest assured, this is not an issue of enslavement, but rather, an issue of egregious violation of U.S. Constitutional Law, and illegal immigration for economic gain.

As a prior and current examples, I offer: The Berlin Wall was torn down to accomodate a similar mentality---Ask the average (former) West German how the economy fares now after integrating an economically and politically "challenged" half of the population! Ask the average Briton how they view illegal Polish, Czech, or Romanian Labor. Ask the Italians in Sicily about illegal African Immigration. Ask the Micronesians about illegal Phillipine Labor. If U.S. corporations and businesses want to outsource their methods of production to other countries---more power to them--we cannot stop it. But we can certainly halt their dependence on and support of an influx of illegal labor, which destroys the standard of living for those who are legally entitled to and engaged in employment as U.S Citizens of record.

The MAJORITY of US Citizens would be in favor of this approach---but our elected political mouthpieces don't have the intelligence or guts to do the job. THAT IS UNTIL WE, THE LEGAL CITIZENS, DEMAND ACTION! The solution is written here for our politicians, legislators, representatives, and senators to enact, and enforce into the law of the land. Once the 11.5 million ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS fall into line, and play by these established principles (of law and order---social,political,and economic!) which the rest of our legal citizens adhere to, then, and only then, should their legal status even be remotely considered (perhaps through an open lottery for a limited number of immigrants based on prevailing economic condition, and reviewed on an annual basis). Giving these flagrant lawbreakers the hard earned rights (of legal U.S. Citizens) by excusing their criminal acts to illegally enter, and be employed in this country is is a threat to our Constitution, National Security and sovereignty.
