There was a comment box given right after you voted. Maybe they were overflowing with so many negative comments, that they took it away. There were several comments on how gangs were causing the problems. Why not just come out and say it? The illegals are causing the problem.

That makes me very sad. I grew up in Charlotte. I fear the next time I visit, it will be just like California. I've been warning friends there what's happening to them. Hopefully others will figure it out. I read the Observer online and when I see articles on crime I notice the last names of the perps. Other articles seem to not give any names, but I can tell who done it.
