Technically Obama has no say in this. It would be connsidered a "conflict of Interest".

Exactly. How could anyone that supports open borders understand blatant disregard of the law? If this OLB supporter will take the time to do a google search of deportation cases she/he might find that this matter has been challenged in court before. In the first place in order to even fight this case the illegal must have been in the country 7 years. That can't be time spent here hiding from the law after a deportation order has been files. The times Obama's aunt has been here has been here in blatant disregard of our laws hiding from immigration officials so a deportation order could not be carried out.

I found out also that immigration officials look for these people based on priority. She is not a high terror risk so she falls low on list or her butt would already be gone.

In any case, someone who is fighting deportation must prove they are a good person and of fine morals and ethics. How can Obama's aunt possibly do this when she has no respect for our laws and has spent 5 years in blatant disregard of US laws? Anyone that supports this kind of attitude needs to be deported with her. A country without respect for laws is in total chaos.

If this woman is allowed to stay after so many others have been deported for the same thing, then there is some coercion probably by someone in the upcoming Obama administration.
