Wonder if these are the guys California gonna let out due to overcrowding of prisons.

The riot that erupted Saturday night sent 55 prisoners to the hospital and injured more than 250 inmates in all, officials said. Thirty-eight inmates were treated and were expected to return to the California Institution for Men in Chino, east of Los Angeles, by late Sunday, said Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokesman George Kostyrko.

Most of the injuries were considered minor to moderate, including stab wounds and slashes. One inmate suffered a serious head injury, Kostyrko said. However, none of the injuries were considered life-threatening.
No staff members were injured in the disturbance, the largest since December 2006.
As many as 80 officers responded to the riot, which involved some 1,300 inmates in seven dormitory-style barracks. A fire that ignited during the chaos caused significant damage to one of the buildings, prison spokesman Lt. Mark Hargrove said. Prison officials couldn't say how the fire started.
Authorities believe the riot was prompted by tensions between black and Hispanic prisoners.
"It appears we had some southern Hispanic gang members targeting African Americans," Kostyrko said.Officers used pepper spray, wielded batons and shot foam projectiles to remove inmates who had barricaded themselves inside the medium-security facility during the four-hour uprising. Police officers and firefighters also were called to help subdue the inmates. Eleven hours later, prison officials had cleared out the facility of disruptive inmates.

The outbreak occurred at a reception center that accepts new inmates and parole offenders being processed to be housed at the prison and sent to other facilities in the state, officials said.
Prison staff became aware of a plan to carry out a riot Thursday night, Hargrove told the Riverside Press-Enterprise. The prison was placed on a modified lockdown, which included feeding inmates in their cells and restricting movement around the property. That lockdown continued until Saturday when the riot began.
Still, the inmates were able to inflict serious damage to the facility and one another. Most of the barracks are currently uninhabitable, and inmates have been relocated to other parts of the prison.
Curt Hagman, a state assemblyman for the district that includes Chino, believes the riot was a "coordinated attack."
"They all knew what they were going to do in starting a big brawl," Hagman told the Press-Enterprise. He added that inmates used improvised weapons and broken glass to stab each other.
The prison has about 5,900 inmates; it was designed to hold 3,160.

LoL something I have been asking for over a year now. Besides the prison gangs, Mexican gangs have targeted and killed innocent blacks in Los Angelas. One was a little girl and no one seems to think its a big deal.

Its a part of the La Raza movement.

This is disturbing. However, with a prison on overload, with too many gang members, and probably too many Latino gang members, what can we expect?

It becomes more of an issue when that violence is on the streets of neighborhoods of black American citizens who are innocent. To me it is a type of attempt at genocide, at least in that neighborhood or city.

LoL something I have been asking for over a year now. Besides the prison gangs, Mexican gangs have targeted and killed innocent blacks in Los Angelas. One was a little girl and no one seems to think its a big deal.

It is the prison gangs that run the outside gangs. The Mexican Mafia in their quest to seek a monopoly over the drug trade has ordered all of their soldiers to declare war with blacks because of the drug trade. This specific event will spill over into the streets very soon and you will see violence between the two as a result of this riot. This all has to do with drugs. That is why you don't see Latino gangs killing each other like they did in the early 90's and 80's. Plain and simple: If you are Latino/ Mexican and their is a fight, or brawl and you don't back up your race, you are a dead man. I've had clients/defendants attest to this many many times.

Mexican gangs beat up blacks , While the illegal aliens take there jobs LOL, Now when will the blacks wake up and join us to stop illegal aliens from invading the USA, it is in there best interest to do so in a timely manner , or become third class citizens in there own country

Its deeper than that in Ca. It does have something to do with drugs but Mexican Vs. Mexican gang violence is still higher. The only gangs La Eme control is the ones with the 13 after it like MS 13, Florencia 13. These gangs pay taxes for protection in prison. The whole gang scene in Cali is pretty much oblivious to this immigration movement. They only care about their gang. La Eme and the Aryan Brotherhood has agreed to a truce to eliminate all blacks from the drug trade. Little does La Eme know if that happens, their plans of ethnic cleansing will be genocide since they will flood their own neighborhoods with drugs. History repeats it self. My black people done it in the 80's with crack-cocaine. Stupid is, stupid does!

Funny you said that, we were just watching something about the Romans, the Roman slaves and Spartacus....how ironic!

The federal courts also told ca to reduce prison population over the next 5 years. Only problem is, they come back. I hope it's not from Chino as i live about 5 miles from there.
