There are Americans in Mexico working on Visitors visas but the only two jobs that were open to me when I was there were tutor and domestic. A hostel in Mexico City for students from other states said that I could be a private tutor if I wanted. My Mexican relatives said they would hire me as a conversation partner. If I tried to stand on a street corner looking for work I would have been picked up and deported. Since deportation is a summary procedure typical time is two weeks from arrest.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

As the owner of a business which serves the public you must hire a Mexican to interface with them even if you have an FM3=green card.I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well.
