Channel 11 call letters are KTTV.
In Vista, in northern San Diego County, SWAT units had to be called out as protesters began throwing rocks and bottles at police officers. Nothing reported on any news websites yet, but this was reported on at least 2 different 10:00PM TV newscasts. More details will probably be available at the 11:00PM newscasts.
UPDATE:
11:00PM Newscasts report 800-1200 mostly teen and adult male protesters waving Mexican flags threw rocks and bottles at sheriff deputies and breaking windshields of the police cars and then refusing to disperse. SWAT and police units from all over the county have been brought in to try to restore order.
Of course on most all of the San Diego newscasts, they just briefly mentioned the violence and focused on the day's other protests, siding with the protesters and airing interviews only with people who supported the boycott.[b][i][size=117]"Leave like beaten rats.
