I will keep them in my prayers. I wish I could go to El Paso. I hope there is a big turn out. If any of you go I want you to give yourself a pat on the back and take an American flag and maybe a picture of a crime victim of illegal alien so we drive the point of why illegal immigration is wrong.

Former Border Patrol Agents Up For Resentencing
Isaac Paul Vasquez - KFOX Weekend Producer

    POSTED: 7:34 pm MDT October 17, 2008
    UPDATED: 8:10 pm MDT October 17, 2008

EL PASO, Texas -- The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered the resentencing of two former border patrol agents.

The two agents were convicted of shooting a man near the U.S.-Mexico border.

The resentencing was ordered after tossing out the agents' convictions for tampering with an official proceeding.

Ignacio Ramos' resentencing will be Nov. 13 in El Paso, and Jose Compean's will be Nov. 12.

The two were originally sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for shooting Osvaldo Aldrete Davila in 2005.

Let's hope these judges have some common sentence. This is ridiculous.

Is there any way to send letters to these courts?

Amen and that would be the best solution.

It would not hurt, maybe you could look on the site and see if any information is on it. A bunch of us are going up there from the USA group, and from the RAIAs.

    www.ridersagainstillegalaliens.com

They might have more information on the Ramos blog.
I am not sure if I will be going up there or not, I sure would like to, but, my husband might have other things to do.

Take a look at the immigration buzz website they have a slide show of the ride we had.

UNFORTUNATELY the sentencing will come from the same court where they were found guilty. judge Kathleen Cordone in El Paso. and you can bet that Debra Kanof and Sutton will argue for nothing to change on the sentence of the crime, though i did hear a short audio clip from the sentencing of Davila that Cordone said she does not consider him a small time smuggler and that she knows hes pretty high up

What time are the hearings scheduled for?

I will be praying today and tomorrow for the immediate release WITH PREJUDICE of Agents Ramos and Compean.

God bless them and their families for this injustice, and I pray that full restoration is made.
The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.
