America's dyslexic cowboy from Texas, aka President Bush, simply does not get it.

He proved that once again Monday evening during his live address from the Oval Office.

Despite the fact that America is showing signs of serious civil unrest because of out-of-control illegal immigration, Bush continues to advocate amnesty, and continues to deny that what he has in mind is, in fact, amnesty.

In addition, the president persists with his foolish argument that 'the vast majority of illegal immigrants are decent people who work hard, support their families, practice their faith, and lead responsible lives.'

Fact is, 20 million people invaded America, and no one, not even President Bush, knows a damn thing about any of them. Except, that is, for illegal aliens who make up 29% of the inmate population in federal prisons.

Bush seems to believe that Hispanic migrants are above the law, and due a presumption of 'goodness,' owing to a mystical 'good-hearted, hard-working' gene, no longer found in most American workers.

This 'reverse profiling' attitude toward Hispanics is not only discriminatory, it is outrageously dangerous in time of war.

To pretend there are no terrorists, or terrorist sympathizers, in a population of twenty million people who have demonstrated total disregard for the rule of law is sheer folly.

By sending a few thousand national guardsmen to the border, Bush is hoping he can placate conservatives long enough to pass amnesty.

Here is hoping real conservatives rally in sufficient strength to hand Bush a resounding defeat, akin to the Harriet Miers and 'Portgate' debacles.

Defeat seems to be the only thing this man really understands. Although there is another communication ploy worth trying:
