Thread: Reid is practically crying on the Senate floor...

he's whining that the Republicans are being obstructionist and that Sen. Sessions is really at falut. He's also crying that Sessions won't blanketedly sign off on a buch of articles that Reid dropped on him out of nowhere. Reid is saying it's becoming more obvious that the bill may not get passed and he said it won't be their (Grand Masters of the bill and Democrats) fault so don't blame then. He cannot understand why this bill cannot be passed because the President (Bush) really wants it, yet the Rebublicans (led by Sessions) won't do the Republican President's bidding.

This is great stuff, because Sessions just keps smiling as Reid and Specter are melting. So far things look even better than this morning...but...warning...as Yogi Berra said "It ain't over 'till the fat lady sings".

Cry me a river Reid.

Looks to me like the Grand Compromisers ran to the cloak room to have a good cry.

Reid is really whining because the Republicans have maybe decided not to committ suicide as the Democrats intended! Keep calling, emailing and faxing--it surely ain't over yet!

Did you hear Reid earlier say they need to wrap up this bill and get on to other things. For instance, during their Memorial Day recess they heard from their constituents to address the war and gas prices.
