He'll say he was arrested for breathing while being brown.
Really he should be charged with treason and deported to his beloved homeland of Mexihole!
They need to check HIS IMMIGRATION STATUS while they have him behind bars...he's probably illegal when you get right down to it!! Which would make his position and political pull null & void!!!

I looked it up. I'm not sure if there is a birth certificate though.

It says he represents Illinois! Sounds like a stretch to me.

How is it that our nation's teachers are held to higher standards than our nation's politicians. Had a teacher gone out and gotten arrested on national TV like this they would have been immediately suspended pending an investigation and possibly faced with losing their teaching permit. Yet our politicians get nothing? This idiot should lose his job. He has should he has no respect for the laws of constitution he was sworn to uphold.

For aiding and abetting foreign criminals on U.S. soil, Mexico and their employees at the consulates should lose the privilege of living and working in the USA and those consulates need to be shut down!!! Who do we contact to do an investigation?
Absolutely...why is this the only nation on earth that has as many fixed and mobile consulates on American soil? Reduce them to two 1 on each cost and that's it!!!
