The Indians up in BC are doing some things with small scale power generation. It could open up some new industrial areas. and change the economic balance. Everywhere there are a lot of natural forces at work there is opportunity for new power generation. Unfortunately people that aren't really thinking outside the box---like Al Gore---are in charge of this issue, so don't expect much.
