The Executive Office of the President's Office of Management and Budget issued a statement on July 8, 2024, in opposition to House Resolution 8281, also known as the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act), which would restrict illegal aliens from voting in American elections.The statement reveals that the regime of Joe Biden "strongly opposes" the SAVE Act because it "is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in Federal elections – it is a Federal crime punishable by prison and fines."
Republicans and election watchdogs who support the SAVE Act say it is necessary to stop illegal immigrants from voting in the upcoming 2024 election, but Biden and Democrats say the "alleged justification for this bill is based on easily disproven falsehoods."
Making a false claim of citizenship or unlawfully voting in an election is already punishable by removal from the United States as well as a permanent bar from ever again being allowed to enter the country – but is any of this actually enforced? This question is at the crux of the debate over the SAVE Act.
"States already have effective safeguards in place to verify voters' eligibility and maintain the accuracy of voter rolls," the Biden regime claims.
"This bill would do nothing to safeguard our elections, but it would make it much harder for all eligible Americans to register to vote and increase the risk that eligible voters are purged from voter rolls."

Biden regime cites unstated "evidence" that illegals aren't voting in American elections

Democrats are clearly scared that Republicans might get the SAVE Act passed, which would make it that much harder for the deep state to rig elections by allowing illegals to vote in them.
According to the Biden regime, there is plenty of "evidence" that is "clear" in showing that existing laws already prevent noncitizens from voting. They also claim that "it is extraordinarily rare for noncitizens to break the law by voting in Federal elections."
As such, Biden and his handlers have no interest in passing any further legislation to bar illegals from casting a vote. Biden is already "fighting to protect Americans' sacred right to vote in free, fair, and secure elections," the statement claims, "including by calling on Congress to pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act."
Ironically, the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act are unnecessary as well, using the Biden regime's logic against the SAVE Act, because Americans already have the right and freedom to vote in American elections.
The Biden regime wants Republicans to instead support the "border deal" that Biden proposed a while back, which would supposedly give immigration officials "the resources they need to do their jobs and be the toughest and fairest set of reforms to secure the border that we have seen in decades."
On X, several users noted that the statement pretty much outlines the Biden regime's plan to steal the election this fall.
"They just told us how they are going to cheat in 2024 without exactly saying this is how we plan to cheat," one wrote.
Another wrote that Biden has not done anything to secure the border as the statement claims, but has rather left the border "wide open" for "humanitarian" purposes.
"It's because they want to use illegal voters in order to 'win' on November 5," this person added.
