    Rights Violations! California's Propositon 187

    When will those that had their rights violated as a result of California's Proposition 187 be compensated?

    You mean the citizens of this state whose rights were violated because some judicial activist on the 9th Circuit ignored the will of the people by throwing out this proposition, as well as Gray Davis, for not having the character or courage to pursue the appeal on behalf of the citizens of this state because he was too busy cowtowing to mexico and vincente fox?
