Romney expands lead in Florida
Raleigh, N.C. – Mitt Romney has opened up a seven point lead over John McCain in Florida, according to the newest survey by Public Policy Polling. Romney is at 35%, followed by McCain at 28%. Mike Huckabee has 13% and Rudy Giuliani is at 12%.
40% of respondents reported making their decision on who to vote for either over the weekend or in the last week. Romney has a 36-26 lead over McCain among those surveyed who said they made up their mind over the weekend and a 47-28 lead with voters who made their decision in the last week.
6% of voters remain undecided. If their choices distribute the same way as those polled who had made a decision the final result in Florida will be 37% for Romney, 30% for McCain, 14% for Huckabee, 13% for Giuliani, and 5% for Ron Paul.

McCain's bad manners, lying and distortion of Romney's record is catching up to him.

Not so fast...
Actually, I've been going to Rasmussen Reports everyday to check the numbers. Romney numbers has been increasing since last week. But today I noticed they were tied. This is the heading there now.
Florida GOP Primary:
Following Crist Announcement, McCain and Romney Tied in Florida
To me, it seems like Crist is serving up Florida on a platter. People really don't seem to care about this issue.

The figures on Fox today showed that McCain had the lead over Romney, but just by like .5% -- virtual tie.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.
See you at the signing!!

Can you really believe the Rasmussen Reports? Why I ask this is because a couple days ago, Romney was up 7 points or so, Crist makes his endorsement, now they're tied????????? You mean to tell me that the voters are all sitting around like a bunch of schmucks, hear an endorsement, then change their minds???? I really don't believe it.
McCain was not very good in the debates, he hasn't been in a good light the last few days, so hopefully that will lead to his defeat.<div>Thank you Governor Brewer!</div>

The local SW Fl. news tonight has McCain & Romney tied for first.
Go Figure cause it makes NO sense to me and I have NOT heard a positive thing from anyone about McCain."A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson
