Romney Will Benefit From Thompson Dropping Out
I think that Romney will be the candidate who will benefit the most by Thompson dropping out.
A lot of Thompson's supporters were with him due to the illegal invasion issues-----so they will not go to McCain and I do not think that a lot of them will go to Huckabee.
Therefore, this may be enough to push Romney to a win in Florida. If Romney wins Florida----it will be smooth sailing from that point forward.
Huck is not even campaigning there, as he does not have the money. Rudy is actually making a fool out of himself there---as he tries to generate votes (I saw a report on Fox today). McCain will be strong----as there are a lot of military in Florida.
Therefore, we need to do everything possible to help Romney win in Florida!!!!"We call things racism just to get attention. We reduce complicated problems to racism, not because it is racism, but because it works." --- Alfredo Gutierrez, political consultant.

At this point I don't think we should worry a whole lot about
Rudi
If Rudi was actually in the running he would have had
better finishes in the earlier primaries and caucus states
Hes been in the sewer
Maybe a 3rd place finish in Florida now that Huck is basicly
giving it up for lack of cash
The ultimate joke would be if Ron Paul actually beat Rudi in Florida

Rudy still has the numbers and ads to keep him in contention at least and IMO it's premature to write him off, although McCain obviously remains the biggest threat.
I hope Romney benefits from Thompson dropping out, but we shall see.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Good Ideal about having a thread devoted to working for Romney and therefore against illegal immigration. We can hope and continue to work, but I don't think we'd better count anyone out yet.

Guliani may end up getting Thompson supporters as well-----so I don't think he should be counted out yet either!!!
