Its way to early , But with that lead if it holds they should
declare earlier rather than later on a Romney win

I think a lot of people are finally starting to get it

No offense to the Ron Paul people or the rest of the fence sitters
but we should be ok if some of them get behind us

I love Ron Paul to death but its not gonna happen this go around

I agree with you USA...Ron Paul, Hunter and Tancredo were the one's that were strong on stopping illegal immigration(all good guys). Sadly, It's just not going to happen for them this time around! Romney looks like our last chance against Hillary and Obama.

These votes though are strongly in favor of McCain

Maybe Romney will get the Kos crossover--if there is one-- to counteract that.

A lot of the Dems have been encouraging the Independents to vote for Romney-----as they want to cause more chaos in the Republican race!!

I'd rather see him win without it

I predict that Romney will have a larger margin of victory among Republicans than McCain has among independents.

    Early info:

"According to FOX News exit polls, of those voting in the Republican primary, 25 percent are independents and 68 percent are Republicans. The independents so far like McCain, going for him 34 percent to 23 percent for Romney. Of that group, 20 percent support said they support Paul and 15 percent chose Huckabee.

The biggest driver for Republicans to go to the poll is the economy. Slightly more than half — 55 percent — of those polled said the economy is the most important issue to them. Of those voters, 37 percent voted for Romney compared to 30 percent for McCain and 14 percent for Huckabee."

I'd rather see him win it without that, too, but if it cements the deal, so be it. I'm skeptical that enough Democrats voted Republican to make a difference, but what do I know....

We'll know the voter breakdown later.

I have really been keeping quite on who I am supporting because I didn’t want to get caught up in all the heated debates. I am really starting to believe Romney is the only one that gets what the American Citizens want in regards to illegal immigration. I don’t agree with all of his ideas and policies but illegal immigration is my number one priority and I think we can fix the other issues later. McCain, Hillary and Obama would be a disaster. Huckster is trying to reinvent himself and cannot be trusted, so while I like Paul and Hunter I am thinking Romney is our only hope based on the strength of his campaign.

PS did I mention I really really really like Paul and Hunter.

That is the only reason that McCain won New Hampshire!!
