What am I not understanding? Ron Paul is softer on illegal immigration than President Obama! That is why he received a F on illegal immigration! His stand on illegal immigration is in his own words in his book that was published in 2011. It is as clear as crystal!

you might want to take a look at Ron Pauls Website above... Ron Paul didnt just give Amnesty.. Obama did and you still think he is worse on Immigration

your painting a picture and trying to distort facts and doing it badly

you might want to take a look at the Federalist papers and a good sourse for those that are lacking on the Constitution and its meaning

many in DC have that problem and apparently it has flowed to the public as well

Unlike others in DC; Ron Paul doesnt have that issue

On election night, November 2, 2010, Rep. John Boehner said in his victory speech:

…While our new majority will serve as your voice in the people’s House, we must remember it is the president who sets the agenda for our government. … [emphasis added]

Next morning, Ezra Klein commented in the Cult of the President lives on:

I’d like Boehner to show us where in the Constitution it says that the president sets the agenda for the government.

But Boehner is not as astute as Ezra Klein, and does not know that it is our Constitution which sets the “agendaâ€

there is still a major amount of Confusion by some; not all so I will post these documents to clearify where Ron Paul is coming from

The Federal Convention convened in the State House (Independence Hall) in Philadelphia on May 14, 1787, to revise the Articles of Confederation. During the debates on the adoption of the Constitution, its opponents repeatedly charged that the Constitution as drafted would open the way to tyranny by the central government. Fresh in their minds was the memory of the British violation of civil rights before and during the Revolution. They demanded a "bill of rights" that would spell out the immunities of individual citizens. Several state conventions in their formal ratification of the Constitution asked for such amendments; others ratified the Constitution with the understanding that the amendments would be offered.

On September 25, 1789, the First Congress of the United States therefore proposed to the state legislatures 12 amendments to the Constitution that met arguments most frequently advanced against it. The first two proposed amendments, which concerned the number of constituents for each Representative and the compensation of Congressmen, were not ratified. Articles 3 to 12, however, ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures, constitute the first 10 amendments of the Constitution, known as the Bill of Rights.
