He is also reminding people that the RNC is having a hard time raising contributions but that candidats that are against this bill are raising plenty of money.

He is not buying the false confidence that people are coming around to this Bill.

Internal polls? Not sure what that means.
I am assuming the bill is S.1348?
Is he hinting that this bill is not looking good on passing senate?!?!?

He is saying that pro amnesty Senators are feeling cocky.
He says they feel that opposition is subsiding and that people are coming to see that it is a good bill.

But Rush points out that donations do not match that way of thinking.

he meant they are saying our calls against are subsiding- those of us against the bill

they (Senators) are feeling cocky because of this poll, the media's protrayal of us as small minority with big mouths complaining

he looked at questions around the recent poll leaning toward the open borders crowd, not the rasmussen poll

What he is saying is that the reality is that we are mad as can be, making calls and noise and they are going ahead, lying about the opposition to the Senate bill and going to go forward despite our objections (this is the view now)

So essentially, the Senators are lying. Imagine that!

Doesn't that just anger you that they are saying this?
Doesn't that just anger you knowing they are not acknowleding our efforts?
Doesn't it anger you that our Senators are a joke and have their own agenda?

We need to use this to our advantage!!!

There are 49 Democrat and 2 Independent Senators who always vote as Democrats. How many of these aren't going to vote for the bill?

In addition, there are at least 6 (and probably more) Republican Senators who are going to vote for it.

What does Limbaugh use as evidence that the Senate won't be passing this bill?

I do not know that he believes they will not pass the bill - he is just saying they are acting like they don't hear the opposition or more likely don't want to hear it screaming in their ears
