Russians Given Day Off to Procreate
Sept. 12th is "Conception Day" in Russia. Russians are given the day off to procreate.
Apparently there is a shortage of people in certain regions of Russia, so the government has declared Sept. 12th "Procreation Day" for couples to stay home and attempt to conceive. There is even a prize!!!
Now, HOLD ON A MINUTE!! I have the answer for them! We have an excess of 20+ million illegal aliens in this country that we would gladly ship over to them.
You see? Problem solved.

That is entirely bizarre! I wonder that if you don't have a partner, you have to work?! What a water-cooler conversation that would make the next day!

The world population is growing by 249,000 per day !
The world population is growing by 249,000 persons per day!
That's all births minus deaths.
That's an increase of 91 million persons per year!
That's an increase of 10,375 persons per hour!
That's an increase of 173 persons per minute!
That's an increase of 2.88 persons per second!
I seriously doubt humans need any help procreating.
And neither do rabbits.
Humans can procreate faster than they can kill each other.
Notice that the world population continued to increase even during the largest world wars.
Even vast plagues and disease barely put a dent in population growth.
And we obviously can't control it.
Perhaps I should be glad I won't be around in 50 (or less) years to experience it (to see what a world population of 13-to-30 billion is like; I'm sure it will be wonderful, eh?)?
The world population in year 1 A.D. was about 250 million people.
The world population in year 1492 was about 500 million people.
The world population in 1804 was 1.0 billion people.
The world population in 1922 was 2.0 billion people (doubled in 118 years; increasing on average by about 23,000 per day).
The world population in 1959 was 3.0 billion people (increased by 1.0 billion in only 37 years; increasing on average by about 74,000 per day).
The world population in 2006 was 6.68 billion people (more than doubled in 47 years; increasing now by 249,000 persons per day!).
The world population by 2039 could be 13 billion (only 33 years from now; increasing by 1.1 million per day!).
In 1959, there were 12.16 acres per person (i.e. 36.48 billion acres / 3 billion people).
In 2006, there were 5.46 acres per person (i.e. 36.48 billion acres / 6.68 billion people).
By 2039, there may be only 2.81 acres per person (i.e. 36.48 billion acres / 13 billion people).
However, consider that there is only 12 million square miles (7.68 billion acres) of arable land.
And, ignore for a moment that arable land is being lost at a rate of 38,610 square miles per year.
That is, lets assume no arable land is being lost for the next 33 years. Then . . .
In 2006, there was 1.15 acres of arable land per person (i.e. 7.68 billion acres / 6.68 billion people).
By 2039, there may be only 0.59 acres of arable land per person (i.e. 7.68 billion acres / 13 billion people).
However, arable land is being lost at the rate of over 38,610 square miles (24.7 million acres) per year.
Therefore, by 2039, there may be only 0.53 acres of arable land per person (i.e. 6.865 billion acres / 13 billion people).
We'd better hope that technology helps us learn how to grow more food on less land.
At the current rate of loss of 38,610 square miles per year of arable land, and even if the population didn't grow any larger, ALL arable land could be lost in only 310 years (12 million square miles / 38,610 square miles per year)!
The Russians should just ask China and India about all the advantages of over-population?
Sort of disturbing, eh?
Yet, our politicians act like we're in some sort of population race.
That's because most (if not all) of our incumbent politicians are in the pockets of greedy illegal employers, and 83% of all federal campaign donations come from only a very tiny 0.15% of all 200 million eligible voters (and the remaining 99.85% of the voters don't stand a chance as long as they repeatedly reward and re-elect irresponsible incumbent politicians).
As americangirl suggested above, why don't we ask Russia if they want some of our illegal aliens?
