Renteria, who has announced his candidacy for Salt Lake City mayor, was jailed for about two weeks in June for violating probation for misdemeanor traffic offenses. He has been sentenced to wear an ankle-monitoring device for 30 days, but his punishment has not yet begun. A hearing scheduled for Monday will decide conditions of the punishment, he said.

Just another shining example of bringing the type of government and officials prevelant south of the border into this country.

If this continues, SLC will be well on it's way to becoming another LA.

Some tacos made of belly, head, tongue... (of what animal I have NOOOO idea!). Makes my stomache turn!

According to this article, only the taco stand vendors are whining? Are the codes the same for hot dog, pretzel and other food vendors? Do the codes apply to everyone? If so, the taco boys are asking for special exemptions based on race? Idiotic!

Changes in the way sidewalk vendors are allowed to operate in Salt Lake City [quote4aiqtkj]could be seen as discriminatory
