Thread: San Diego local news bias coverage of NCLR protests

In watching how the local San Diego news was covering the Minutemen, You Don't Speak for Us and other groups and individuals protesting the Hispandering appearances by the two presidential candidates at the La Raza Convention here, I was totally disgusted. First, they of course refer to the protesting groups as 'anti-immigrant' and La Raza as simply a 'Latino civil rights advocacy' group. Not surprising, but nonetheless garbage.

But what most of news stations did was show a few quick images of the people protesting the Hispandering idiots and then gave air time to the people who were pro-illegal, who basically called the protesters racist, ignorant, hateful, etc., all with no retort and no follow-up response allowed by the La Raza protesters.

One clown they had on made it clear that he was born in America, was totally 100% American, but then he immediately went on to say that he was a proud Mexican first and then he shouted 'Viva La Raza' before going on an uninterrupted, unchallenged rant blasting the La Raza protesters as racists, nearly calling anyone who was for secure borders a baby killing, family destroying murderer, brutally ripping babies from their mother's teats. Of course, the local news did nothing to stop these moronic rants, they just them allowed to go on with no response allowed by the opposing side.
