and write the DA and demand that this case have the death penalty with it even though she does not want to do it because as she was quoted as saying in the SF paper " i dont believe in the death penalty and as long as Im DA, i will never use it because i dont believe in it."

I DON'T BELIEVE IN IT. LADY YOU ARE AN OFFICER OF THE COURT AND IT'S AVAILABLE TO YOU AS AN OFFICER OF THE COURT. USE IT. OR WE'LL TRY TO GET YOU OUT OF OFFICE.
