That poor kid and his mother probably have a bigger bankroll from her antics than any of us can imagine. I am pretty sure his daddy will show up if and when he realizes that he may be the " baby daddy". Kind of like Anna Nicole fame.

I apologize for this outrage but I am boiling over with disgust at this so called mother, the media, this congress, this president? ( hate even calling him that) these phony so called leaders out to line their own pockets and agendas, corporations selling out the AMERICAN citizens , etc. etc.

It does seem like a few politicians are waking up. I doubt it will be in time. If these invaders have fake documents like SS cards,they most likely have fake voter cards as well. I can only pray that every American citizen wakes up to this invasion before the elections.

Tom Tancredo is our best chance. The odds are basically nil for him. I hate to think I will be forced to choose between Mitt or Rudy. Both flip floppers. I have seen Tom on a few cable news channels lately but it may be too little too late to wake up this nation to the dire straits we are in. Is there a list anywhere of where individual members of Congress stand on House Resolution 1940? That's the resolution that "clarifies" (not rewrites) the 14th Amendment. If it becomes law, the definition of a "native-born" citizen will be a person born on our soil who, at the time of their births, had at least ONE parent who was either a native-born US citizen, a naturalized US citizen, or a legal immigrant.

If this clarification is upheld, it will legally (yessss) classify anchor babies as foreign nationals.

An 8 year old who knows the House bill numbers? What a crock! The answer is simple; deport the kid until he can legally live without a parent in this country; until he's 18! This would be a precedent-setting decision but our lawmakers are too chicken s---t to stand up and do the right thing.

Please do what you can to see that these bills fail. The parents knew when they illegally crossed the border and had a baby here in the U.S. that they may someday be deported. These children of illegal parents should not be U.S. citizens.

It should say the mother needs to be either a native-born US citizen, a naturalized US citizen, or a legal immigrant. This wording would make it clear and would preclude daddy swapping for legal status and would end the need for DNA testing to prove parental rights before the scams and lies start. Either the mother is legal or not. Fathers can be some what of a guessing game as far as parenthood

This child is being emotional abused and Child Protective Services should do something. Like take him off the street, send him back to his mother or put him in a foster home where he could be a normal 8 year old child. At this point I would think twice about sending him to his mother. I don't know if that would be the best place for him at this time.
They could make their point without the child and do it more effectively. I am afraid what the long term damage to t he child will be.It is obvious that an 8 year old child would rather be with his mother and go to school were ever she may be. There are anchor babies living in Mexico and I've heard no complaints.
I recently read an article where the anchor child living in Mexico was brought back to the state for medical treatment for a heart problem. AD disorder, supposedly what this child has, is had by many children and do not need special medical care. I do not see the symtoms in watching the child.

Dyehard I agree 100%. This mother used her little boy for her own gains. If she cared at all for him she would have taken him with her. He is better off in a foster home in Mexico, possibly a relative.

Anchor babies are being exploited because our judges can't understand the 14th ammendment.

I am off to bed now, it is so exhausting to see our nation taken away with our leaders blessing.
