Anchor babies don't need to "lose their citizenship" because they don't have US citizenship to begin with. Their passports and birth certificates aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

This will end up being a long debated issue because at what point will the courts and then the goverment decide is a cut-off point for people born of foreign parents? If followed as it should be, would it simply be effective that date, or would you make it retroactive, and if so, how far back.
As far as I can see it, all children of illegal aliens are not citizens, but then when government and the judicial system starts hashing it all out, you will inevitably get the questions of at what age or year would you go back to in order to be "fair" (their sense of fairness).
We need to seek out advice form many different good politicians and lawyers, and ask how Americans can go about having it dealt with right. Making sure we stop this bogus claims on citizenship simply because the kids mother was able to sneak across and have that child here instead of their homeland."In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned. Fact Sheet
Purpose
On February 27, 2001, the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 becomes effective. The aim of this law, which, among other things, amends Section 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), is to facilitate the automatic acquisition of U.S. citizenship for both biological and adopted children of U.S. citizens who are born abroad and who do not acquire U.S. citizenship at birth. We are pleased to note that, because of this law, U.S. citizenship will be conferred automatically upon thousands of children currently in the United States.
Requirements
The following are the Act's requirements:
At least one parent of the child is a U.S. citizen, either by birth or naturalization.
The child is under the age of 18.
The child must be residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent after having been lawfully admitted into this country as an immigrant for lawful permanent residence.
If the child has been adopted, the adoption must be final. Frequently-Asked Questions
Q: Does the Act apply to foreign-born children who have immigrated to the United States in order to be adopted as well as to those who have been adopted abroad?
A: Yes. Children who have immigrated to the United States in order to be adopted become citizens as soon as the adoption decree is final.
AND TO GET A PASSPORT-HE DOESN'T FIT THE REQUIREMENTS
How Does the Child Get a Passport Under the Child Citizenship Act?
You will need the following when the child applies for a passport:
Proof of the child''s relationship to the American citizen parent.
The child''s foreign passport showing the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS) I-551 stamp in the passport, or the child''s permanent resident card (green card);
Proof of identity of the American citizen parent(s)<div>If a squirrel goes up a politician's pants... You can bet...he'll come-back down hungry.....
