Nitty, it`s public property, just copy it, = highlight the letter . With it "highlighted" right click and then click "copy". Go to yor inbox and click "compose". in the blank text box, click the left button once and then press "CTRL + V.
    The letter should now appear.

PS, check the letter and make sure that it was`nt copied twice in your text box

I forgot to mention, the letter will be copied in you cursor until something else is copied or until the computer is shut down.

So if you happen to mess up some how, you can delete the letter and press ctrl + v again and the letter will appear again.(left click the text box first)

Another thing that I do is, to make sure the message looks the way I want it to, I send it to myself first and then forward it to the recipient. remove the FWD: from the subject box first.

Alittle practice and you`ll be a geek in no time.

Believe me, you`ll learn, I`ve only been on the computer 7yrs. Learned most everything by play around with it, and like you, I`ve learn alot right hear on ALIPAC.
At first it`s alittle hard but you`ll start catching on and figure things out on your own.

By the way, In 5 mo`s I`ll be heading to OK.
