Trump has already shut all that down. This was just Congresscritters trying in their inept way to make a deal of some sort. Trump got wind and shut it all down. I don't think we'll be hearing any more about deals that involve DACA, Dreamers or Amnesty, at least not in relation to the wall. Trump is going with a clean plan, on a clean action, with clean money, to build a clean wall, with no dirty deals, compromises, hitches, or corruption.

You can be very funny sometimes. This isn't about Trump getting wind of anything, Pelosi is not going to give Trump the money, not now, not later, not ever. If they offered Trump $25 billion today for a DACA and TPS amnesty, I think he would take it. However, we know that isn't an offer that is going to come.

No, he won't do a DACA for a wall deal. He'll do a DACA for his 70 point legislative agenda plus the wall deal. But too late for that, DemoQuacks will never give him his 70 point plan, so he's going to have military build the wall.

I have to disagree. I think he would support a DACA amnesty if he were offered the full $25 billion necessary for his wall, fence, chicken coup or whatever they're calling it these days.

As for military involvement in the building of a whatever, that still hasn't played out yet.

I've heard him say it 3 times, he's not doing anything on DACA until after the US Supreme Court makes a ruling. He doesn't need $25 billion for the wall any more. That $25 billion had a bunch of stuff that wasn't just wall construction, it had other stuff in it too, it was also over a 10 year period, most people didn't realize that. Trump just wants to get the barrier itself up for now. He's already done 100 miles and has funding for the 115 miles that will start construction later this month. The $5.6 billion is two years worth of projects so he doesn't have to go through this again with these stupid DemoQuacks next year.

Trump's got this. So I hope after the big round table meeting this afternoon, there's a big announcement and this whole ordeal is over.

The estimated cost of the border wall itself is around $25 billion total and that is what Trump originally wanted for his wall. Now he has backed down and is willing to accept only one fifth of that which will not get his promised border wall built, just one fifth of it. No, Trump has not constructed 100 miles of his border wall and no, Trump does not have funding for 115 miles of his border wall. Actually, the truth is he has no funding for a new border wall (duh, that's what this whole shut down is about) as was specifically written into the last DHS appropriations bill. All he ever had was funding for repairs, maintenance, and some upgrades to current fencing.

So much obfuscation and falsehoods ..... I'm getting dizzy trying to keep up.

By the way, why would anything Trump attempts to do be over a 10 year period? Are you saying he never planned on getting his campaigned for wall entirely built? Projected funding can always be ended by the Congress. Whatever he does has to be done while he's sitting in the Oval Office, not 'hope' it gets done after he's gone. I don't really know anything about this 10 year plan you're talking about, but if one does exist, it's stupid as all get out and smells of deception!

Last, but far from the least, Trump would make a DACA deal in a heart beat if the cards lined up right and to deny that is to deny exactly who Trump is. In the end he want to protect those folks in DACA.

Trump said during the campaign the wall might be see-through and made out of steel instead of concrete at least in certain places because that's what Border Patrol wants. If you'd been a Trump Supporter who paid attention you would know this.

Why would Trump care what you and the DemoQuacks do after he's no longer in office? He doesn't. He's going to do what he wants to do. That is his privilege as President of the United States. So if you want more "wall", you'll have to vote for him in 2020.
