Trump like any other citizen of the United States gets to talk however they want. That's what the First Amendment is all about. If the fact that such talk is in the public domain now, talk from a private conversation, you can thank NBC, the Washington Post and the rest of the MSM that put it out there. Once something is public domain and considered news, it's news and so far Americans still have to right to discuss the "new" without restriction or interference from the government or anyone else for that matter.

At least that's my understanding of the First Amendment.
