These Medicaid changes don't occur until 2026, are these states that pessimistic about their futures that they think they'll need more Medicaid enrollees in 2026?

Suggestion: Instead of betting on a failed future that would result in more enrollees in Medicaid, why don't you bet on a successful future with fewer enrollees in Medicaid? Then in 2026 if enrollment is down, which I think it will be, you bet right and fixed our country by supporting this bill. If the bet is wrong, and some unknown unanticipated consequence occurs and there are more people needing Medicaid in 2026, then pass a change to Medicaid in 2026 and sign them up then.

Why spoil an Agenda NOW to fix our country betting against yourselves, your states and your residents in favor of some calamity that might not even occur that would require funding for more Medicaid which means more poor people 9 years from now?

You people are wacko-birds!!
