The Senate votes to allow Illegal Aliens to collect SS
http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/archiv ... al_aliens/
The Senate yesterday narrowly defeated an amendment by John Ensign that would have denied Social Security benefits to illegal aliens.
The Senate voted yesterday to allow illegal aliens to collect Social Security benefits based on past illegal employment — even if the job was obtained through forged or stolen documents. “There was a felony they were committing, and now they can’t be prosecuted. That sounds like amnesty to me,â€"There's no such thing as ILLEGALalien-able rights!" REGRESO E MEXICO !

I have always believed that anyone running for office should be subjected to psychological exams, and a polygraph to see how quickly they can lie.

Social security going broke, tens of millions of Americans out of work, losing their homes. And now they get stabbed in the back.

All sarcasm aside, I think you might be onto something. These traitors are not right in the mind. They have to go! They deserve to go down in history as traitors to our nation, prosecuted and..........I have always believed that anyone running for office should be subjected to psychological exams, and a polygraph to see how quickly they can lie.

This did not become law did it ?? Wasn't this part of the 2006 attempt to give amnesty to Illegals ?

However it is a telling look at what they will try to include in any amnesty bill in the future.
Any money IA's have put into our SS coffers should be given to ICE to find and prosecute IA's since they are costing taxpayers BILLIONS of $$ every year for education, incarceration, deportation and medical treatment !"A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson

dont forget the bill also has to be passed by the house, and it wont. what, IA's will be allowed to collect SSI benifits on fake or stolen SS numbers? it will not happen.

11-13-2009, 01:59 PM #10No they wont be allowed to get SS based on fake SS numbers. But IA's are allowed to have a TIN. If they use that then they would be able to collect. But most use stolen docs, not TIN. And many work under the table and dont pay any tax on their wages at all.....they wont be able to collect. So in the end .....not very many IA's will be able to collect even if it is passed. But I dont think it will become law because it facilitates the breaking of the law. They should deport the IA's and if they have proof that they have contributed to SS through a TIN, then they should just return the money they contributed....cheaper that way.
