Senate rejects Mayorkas impeachment charges at trial, ending GOP bid to oust him

Washington — The Senate quickly dispensed with the two impeachment charges against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, convening a short-lived trial Wednesday that brought an end to a months-long effort to punish the secretary for his handling of the southern border.

The Senate's 51-member Democratic majority voted to dismiss both charges as unconstitutional over the objections of Republican members. The entire proceeding lasted just three hours.

When terrorist attacks begin on American soil, let us not forget it was the current Democrat Party Leadership who encouraged and invited millions upon millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, diseased, disabled, criminal, and unvetted terrorist foreign nationals, into our country.

It was absolutely disgusting to see Schumer and his hate American cabal in the Senate voting to keep the border open, and millions upon millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, diseased, disabled, criminal, and un-vetted terrorist foreign nationals flowing across our border.

The very purpose of having a Senate trial was to determine if DHS Secretary Mayorkas committed an impeachable offence, by ignoring the rule of law and assisting in an ongoing invasion. But Senator Schumer stepped in and took it upon himself to be the sole, prosecutor, judge and jury, and unilaterally shut down an appropriate impeachment trial.

We need term limits to get these evil people out of office getting rich off our backs and shady deals with the lobbyists.

“Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told lawmakers Tuesday that the US-Mexico border is “as secure as it can be” — adding that he did not “recall” admitting earlier this year that more than 85% of migrants apprehended at the southern frontier are released into the US.”

Lying under oath constitutes perjury and is a criminal offense.


A federal judge in Manhattan sentenced Michael Cohen to three years in prison for various crimes including lying to Congress. And Schumer stopped a trial to determine if Mayorkas was guilty of a crime.


Schumer stopped a legitimate trial to take place to determine if Mayorkas violated the law. Schumer took it upon himself to be prosecutor, jury and judge.

Let us recall the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989 in which the Communist Chinese Party decided to end a student led demonstration for democracy, and how it relates to today’s orchestrated and planned invasion of our border by foreign nationals.

In 1989 the Chinese Communist Party brought in a couple of divisions of the People’s Liberation Army from remote provinces to end the demonstrations for democracy, and they did so because the CCP anticipated local divisions of the army would not fire upon the protestors and could actually be supporters of the uprising.

Since Obama’s election the estimated number of Muslims acquiring permanent residency in the United States has jumped to about 100,000 a year, many of whom are from the war torn Mid East countries where one religious faction lives to kill the other. In addition, we also have the tens of thousands invading our borders from Central America and China, our sworn enemy.

And now, at this very moment, we are seeing the predictable results of the Democrat Party Leadership’s planned invasion of our border. Our inner-city schools, public housing and emergency care facilities, all meant for American Citizens, are being taken over by illegal entrant foreign nationals, and the millions upon millions of foreign nationals are beginning organized to cause heated demonstrations across our country in addition to their closing down our public highways and causing other disturbances.

What is taking place is not by accident, but rather, it is a carefully planned operation by our hate America crowd who now controls the Democrat Party Leadership and is intent on destroying the United States from within.
