Senator Boxer is blaming the Iraq war funding for the disaster here in California. Senator Boxer should be blaming environmentalists who have stopped controled burnings,millions of illegals who have moved in,forcing millions to move out into the hills. Wait until our hospitals are all closed due to the illegal baby invasion! Overpopulation,overregulating and the complete failure of our state legislature for failing California. Iraq is not the cause for this one!!!
