The Petition. If they did not get over 500 signatures by Monday the 11th, then they will not get it on the ballot. The signatures have to be verified that they are registered voters in Farmers Branch.
Check the Alipac News some real estate agent is attempting to sue Farmers Branch.

On the news tonight they were saying that they needed 700 more signatures than they have right now. It looks like they are having trouble finding actual residents who are willing to sign. But hey, even if they get the signatures, it looks to me as if most Farmers Branch residents are solidly behind these new ordinances, so barring some serious monkey business it looks like they would survive a vote anyhow.

It would seem to me these LULACkies and ACLUies specialize in monkey business. I'm sure they'll find a way to get that petition in. Remember, they are fighting for what is wrong, and it seems what's "wrong" is the in-thing in our society these days.
