Solve the need for "Guest Worker Program."

I believe the answer to our need for “guest workers” should be to put prisoners , who are not in for major crimes and are scheduled for release to work in fields. That will enable them to earn money that they can used as a start when released. It has been done in the past and I believe there would be little problems with security because they would be making money and are soon to be released. I see inmates all the time here working at painting over graffiti and cleaning up along roadways and I do not think they even get paid.
This would benefit farmers, inmates and their families. And maybe they could pay for some of their incarceration. Taking less from the taxpayer.

Now now Dyehard, that idea makes too much sense and after all, we can't have that!
    I certainly think it's a good idea.
