    i have posted about the State Department program that gives scholaarships to students from other countries to come here and study...he could have been in NC on your taxes...write USAIDand politley ask iff they have the program and theywill acknowledge what i say...

    You have a great idea about the ICE "setup"!!! You KNOW, if starving students are offered free coffee and donuts, they will show up. Then they can herd them into those vans handcuffed. You need to read our posts on the ICE arrests under the topic entitled "NC DOL...". We were just INFURIATED about the attitude taken by the North Carolina Department of Labor and we have made it known--LOUD AND CLEAR--that this is a travesty.
